The app is the first of three layers. You do not need it to use keliyes.

In the app

The hotspot page

- Your phone works, but the app is not installed.
- You can
- Join the keliyes Wi-Fi. A local web page opens by itself with the same functions.
No app download required.

The device itself

- Your phone is flat, broken or lost.
- You can
- Send SOS from the device keys and read rescue progress on its screen.
The app, the hotspot page and the device screen show the same messages and the same rescue status.
The hotspot page runs on the device. It is a local page, not internet access.
