If your phone fails, it still works.

Three layers, in order. Each one asks less of your phone. The last one asks nothing.

  1. Needs: 1 Phone + app

    The app

    When
Your phone works and has the keliyes app.
    You can
Send and receive messages, send SOS, talk to GEROS.
  2. Needs: 2 Phone + browser

    The hotspot page

    When
Your phone works, but the app is not installed.
    You can
Join the keliyes Wi-Fi. A local web page opens by itself with the same functions.

    No app download required.

  3. Needs: 3 Only the device

    The device itself

    When
Your phone is flat, broken or lost.
    You can
Send SOS from the device keys and read rescue progress on its screen.

The hotspot page runs on the device. It is a local page, not internet access.

Learn about the app

Press SOS. Follow every update.

A two-stage hold keeps SOS from going off in your pack. Once sent, the GEROS AI agent takes the request and keeps you posted.

Both hands, two keys, two holds.

Sending SOS

  1. Press the bottom-right and bottom-left keys together.
  2. Hold for 8 seconds.
  3. Keep holding for another 8 seconds.
  4. Confirm on the screen. The SOS goes out.

What happens next

GEROS, the outdoor AI agent, handles the request. It draws on a database of rescue teams and police contacts, and coordinates three parties for you:

  • Your emergency contacts
  • Local rescue organisations
  • Local police

GEROS coordinates. Local rescue organisations and police carry out the rescue.

Rescue progress, stage by stage

Each stage is followed up by GEROS and pushed to the app, the hotspot page and the device screen.

Example: stage 2 in progress

  1. Stage 1 of 4 · Done

    Rescue team agrees to help

A rescue team has accepted your request.

  2. Stage 2 of 4 · In progress

    Ready to depart

    The team has finished preparing.

  3. Stage 3 of 4 · Not started

    On the way

  4. Stage 4 of 4 · Not started

    Rescue complete

    The rescue has been completed.
